The Reichenstein Castle can be seen perched on a hillside
overlooking the beautiful Rhine River in Germany. Rebuilt during the Romantic
era, Reichenstein is one of the prettiest castles in the Rhine
Valley.
Reichenstein is located half-way between Bacharach and Bingen
(at the 534 km
mark) on the west side of the Rhine. It is currently open to the public
for viewing.
